Carbon Council of Oklahoma (CCO2) promotes the economic use of carbon dioxide, educates the public regarding carbon dioxide, and advocates for market-based laws regulating carbon dioxide.

 

CCO2 is a nonprofit membership organization of companies engaged in commercial carbon dioxide (CO2) activities in the State of Oklahoma, including agricultural, forestry and geologic sequestration such as using CO2 for tertiary or enhanced oil recovery (EOR). CCO2 also supports carbon capture and storage (CCS), aids companies in obtaining carbon credits and offsets, and represents the interests of the carbon industry in Oklahoma.
